If the certified first-aid workers are not available or if the situation requires it call the external emergency services:
- In the case of fire dial 112 or contact the fire department dialing 18
- For any other incident dial 112 or contact the Merdical Emergency Rescue Service (SAMU in French) dialing 15

- Introduce yourself
- Say where you are:

followed by the building where you are (map)
- Describe the situation, how many victims there is and how they are
- Follow the operator instructions
- If the rescue services are coming and if it is possible send somebody at the gate of the campus to welcome and guide the rescue team
- Stay by the victim and hang-up only when the operator invite you to do so
